    My Landlords haven't put the rent up at all in 7 years. I feel a little guilty about it.
    Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

              Develop a long list of remedial work that needs doing. Agree to the rent rise if he agrees to do the necessary works. If he says no, stop paying rent and wait for months while he tries to chuck you out.
