HMRC have started issuing actual Follower Notices and APNs to people who've received the warning letter.

Contact Montpelier and see what they say?

I would expect by now that they would be aware that HMRC are pressing ahead and issuing FNs.

You have to give them a sort of grudging respect

Follower Notices arriving on Halloween itself demonstrates a level of organisation I didn't think they had in them. touché HMRC, touché.

Having told MP I disagreed with the fee they sprung on us I suspect they'll be less than interested in providing any form of correspondence to delay payment further. Unless NTRT has something up their sleeve then I suspect this is where my journey ends. What an awfully long road it's been.

I'm disappointed in HMRC. Halloween? I'm used to getting my brown love letters just in time before Christmas. Looks like Santa came early this year and I really am going to miss my Xmas surprise from Gauke and co ... I deliberately chose not to be part of TAA as I didn't anticipate the sneaky viciousness of HMRCs next move. My mistake. But I'm not prepared to give up just now.

It ain't over till it's over. @youknowwho Reading this with your tiny genital in your hand? Well, I win where it counts

Yes, send them your APN as soon as you get it.

Montpelier handed this to HMRC on a plate by leaving it 6 months too late to appeal Huitson.

You can't really blame HMRC for looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.

Oh no I always knew that was coming.

What I didnt anticipate was the robbing-plot of 2019.
