We will be proactive* and continually on the look out for new scheme promoters; using the Internet and other intelligence sources.
The moment we discover a new promoter:
(1) we will immediately request a list of users from the promoter, and will write to each user highlighting the grave risks they are taking and strongly urging them to exit the scheme
(2) we will aim to stop all usage of the scheme within 12 months
(3) where the law permits, we will prosecute the promoter and/or issue them with the harshest penalties
