Any idea why this has come up after all this time?
Any advice from those who've dealt with HMRC on this before and was anything ever successfully clawed back from Bradbury?Comment

I have been asked to pay more than 20k which is a lot of money because I've already lost lot of money.
I spoke to the person at HMRC and he wanted me to send him any proof that the final figures that he had is not the correct figure.
I have spoken to many people who are advising me to pay it off.
HMRC have all the details so there is no point in providing false accounts. The guy at HMRC even told me that they have many of the people from our partnerships who have contacted them.
I was a fool to believe that this setup was the most legal way to get money paid.
Anyways, I've got the following options now:
1) Pay the money off in instalments, need to check if they would allow me to do that. I simply don't have 20k to pay them.
2) Work out all the paper work and prove to HMRC that I've not received the profits that was given to me in the final statement.
3) Wait till someone here to give us any ideas on how people dealt with this.
Any help/info from people who contacted HMRC and had their payment reduced will be much appreciated!Comment
